Christine Raniga has been ERB's In-House Counsel since 2011. In her current role Ms. Raniga handles matters of corporate law, external contracts, employment matters, and ADA / accommodations policy questions. Prior to this, Ms. Raniga provided corporate, litigation, and transactional legal services to New Jersey nonprofit corporations, start-ups, entrepreneurs, charter schools, and individuals through the Community Law Clinic at Rutgers School of Law.
Ms. Raniga is active in the New York City Bar Association, having recently served as Secretary and then Chair of the Education and the Law Committee. She has served on the Board of the Domestic Violence Project at the Urban Justice Center, and has also been a volunteer English Teacher for girls in Afghanistan through the Alliance for International Women's Rights.
Ms. Raniga has a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communications from Hunter College and a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law at Newark.
