In response to the COVID-19 public health emergency, ERB is offering a remotely-proctored option for CTP Online that enables students to take the Comprehensive Testing Program (CTP) in their homes. This option provides schools a safe, reliable option for preserving their longitudinal achievement data despite schools being physically closed.
Remote testing is available for the duration of the CTP Spring Test Season, which closes on July 24, 2020.
How it Works
Overall, administering CTP Online remotely is the same as administering in-school. The primary difference is the use of video conferencing solutions to communicate with students and families in their homes. Families complete minimal setup procedures to prepare for testing, and proctors will deliver all test instructions and monitor the test via video conferencing.
Full documentation to support you through the remote administration process is now available in the Help and Resources section of the CTP Portal, and CTP Operations is standing by to help, as needed.
Families can take CTP Online At Home on computers or Chromebooks with microphones and cameras. At this time, remote testing is not available on iPads.
