ISEE Testing Staff Payments

Please read these instructions carefully as the procedures through which honoraria payments are distributed has changed as of October 1, 2020. Any tests administered on or after this date need to follow the below procedures.

ISEE test sites play a critical role in supporting students seeking high-quality educational opportunities. Find information below on the procedures through which ISEE test sites and administration staff can receive their ISEE honoraria payments.

Test Site Instructions

I represent a test site that needs to request payment(s) for an ISEE test.

Testing Staff Instructions

I am an individual that needs to collect payment for helping to administer an ISEE test.

test sites

Follow the instructions below to request payment for your test site or testing staff.

1

Create the appropriate Bill.com account(s).

When setting up Bill.com accounts, it is important that all staff follow these instructions. Accounts that are not properly set up will not be able to receive payments.
All payments are delivered via direct deposit through Bill.com, a leader in providing secure and reliable billing and payment solutions to companies both large and small. ERB no longer distributes paper checks. You can create Bill.com accounts at any time—you do not need to wait until after testing is complete.
If your test site is receiving payment...
If your test site (school or testing company) is receiving the total honoraria payment, your test site must create a Bill.com account.
If your testing staff are receiving payments...
If your test site's staff are receiving individual honoraria payments directly, they must create individual Bill.com accounts with their own banking information. You must instruct your staff to visit this page, www.erblearn.org/payments/iseestaff, for information about creating their Bill.com accounts.
Please Note: If you administered both paper tests and online tests you may use the same Bill.com account for both payments. You do not need to create separate accounts. If you created a Bill.com account for previously administered ISEE honoraria payments, you may use your existing account to receive additional payments.

2

Submit the Honoraria Payment Form.

To request the payment form, use the button above or email iseepayment@erblearn.org.

Email your completed form to iseepayment@erblearn.org or fax it to (212) 370-4095.

Honoraria payments are calculated by the number of students tested per testing date. You will need to submit a separate form for each day that you administered testing. The payment amount will vary based on the testing day (weekday or weekend) and circumstances (standard administration or administration with accommodations).
Use the Honoraria Payment Form to calculate your test site's total honoraria payment as well as to indicate if ERB should issue the total honoraria payment to your test site (your school or testing company) or issue individual payments to your testing staff directly. The Honoraria Payment Form must be requested.

Follow the instructions below to collect your individual testing staff payment.

1

Create a Bill.com account.

When setting up Bill.com accounts, it is important that all staff follow these instructions. Accounts that are not properly set up will not be able to receive payments.
Payment cannot be processed until after your Test Supervisor submits an Honoraria Payment Form. Please check with your Test Supervisor to confirm that this form is submitted.

Once your test site provides us with the appropriate payment instructions, your honoraria payment will be automatically deposited into your bank account via Bill.com, a leader in providing secure and reliable billing and payment solutions to companies both large and small. If you haven't already done so, you need to create an account with Bill.com and provide them with your banking information before you can begin receiving payments. Follow the instructions we have provided to set up your account. You can create this account at any time—you do not need to wait until after testing is complete.
Please Note: If you administered both paper tests and online tests you may use the same Bill.com account for both payments. You do not need to create separate accounts. If you created a Bill.com account for previously administered ISEE honoraria payments, you may use your existing account to receive additional payments.

2

Collect payment.

The length of time it takes to fully complete the payment process varies as some test sites provide payment information very quickly and some provide it more slowly. Delivery will also vary based on how quickly your banking institution processes the payment once we've approved it.
