Full Stack Software Engineer

Location: Fully remote role within the United States. Some travel to regional team meetings is required, however infrequent.
Reports To: Vice President of Technology
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to help build and evolve a modern data platform that powers our achievement and admissions products. In this role, you’ll work across the full development stack, shaping system architecture, optimizing performance, and ensuring secure, reliable data integrations.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, write clean and reusable code, and deliver new features that expand the platform’s capabilities. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges, thinking holistically about systems, and taking ownership from concept through deployment.
Your primary focus will be the development and ongoing enhancement of our newest data platform supporting our achievement and admissions products. The ideal candidate brings broad technical experience and comfort working across the entire technology stack—from the operating system through the application layer.

.NET Software Engineer

Location: Fully remote role within the United States. Some travel to regional team meetings is required, however infrequent.
Reports To: Vice President of Technology
E3n is seeking a skilled .NET Software Engineer to play a critical role in supporting, evolving, and modernizing our core application platforms. This is a hands-on role for an engineer who is comfortable working in established Microsoft-based systems while also excited to learn, adopt, and help shape newer technologies over time.
You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders and external development partners to ensure our applications are stable, scalable, and responsive to real-world needs. In the near term, this includes supporting a production environment where issues require timely, thoughtful resolution. Longer term, you’ll contribute to the modernization and eventual rebuild of key systems, including our registration infrastructure.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in environments that balance operational responsibility with forward-looking development—where reliability matters today, and innovation matters tomorrow.

Salesforce Systems Administrator

Location: Fully remote role within the United States. Some travel to regional team meetings is required, however infrequent.
Reports To: Vice President of Technology
We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and proactive Salesforce Systems Administrator to take ownership of the ongoing management, maintenance, and strategic optimization of our Salesforce platform. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our Salesforce environment, which serves as the backbone of our customer relationship management (CRM) operations.
As a Salesforce Systems Administrator, you will oversee core Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and any other applicable platforms. You will be responsible for user management, system configuration, data integrity, and ongoing enhancements that align with organizational goals. Working closely with cross-functional teams—such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT—you will translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions, support reporting and automation efforts, and help drive the adoption of CRM best practices across the organization.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is committed to continuous improvement.
