Director, Achievement Programs

Location: Ideally located in ERB’s midtown New York City office, though remote working arrangements will be considered.
Reports To: Chief Program Officer
The Director of Achievement Programs is the internal product expert and program manager for the portfolio of products that comprise the Comprehensives (summative and interim assessments) and writing programs (summative and online practice programs).  The Director is accountable for the product themselves, including the work of vendors, policies and procedures, operational communications, and acceptance of new releases.  They keep the set of products in the achievement portfolio fresh and responsive to member and family needs, and see that they evolve with the competition and evolution of the industry.  The Director incorporates voice-of-customer feedback into enhanced solutions, supports information needs for member outreach, and keeps teams informed of product changes.

Technical Product Manager

Location: Ideally located in ERB’s midtown New York City office, though remote working arrangements will be considered.
Reports To: Chief Program Officer
The Technical Product Manager is the product lead for the development of new features for digital products.  They provide product-related input for all phases of the software development lifecycle, including discovery, design, feature prioritization, requirements elicitation, user acceptance testing, and release planning.  This person is also responsible for incorporating input from internal and external stakeholders into design concepts and feature functionality and trains team members on final products.
