Chief Revenue Officer

Location: Remote
Reports To: President
The Chief Revenue Officer is responsible for ERB’s global revenue performance. Working closely with the Chief Program Officer and the Senior Director of Marketing, the Chief Revenue Officer contributes to the strategic development and achievement of sales targets, target markets, distribution partnerships, call tactics and other aspects of cultivating the target market. Key aspects of the role relate to growing revenue through deeper penetration of existing school customers, acquiring new customers, and successfully introducing new products to the target market. The Chief Revenue Officer leads the execution of all ERB sales strategies and tactics, including designing and managing the key levers to sales team effectiveness. The Chief Revenue Officer will also work closely with Human Resources to develop annual and special incentives, and partner with the Chief Technology Officer to enhance selling systems to increase efficiency.

Director or Senior Director, ISEE Program

Location: Ideally located in ERB’s midtown New York City office, though remote working arrangements will be considered.
Reports To: Chief Program Officer
The Director/Senior Director, ISEE Program is the Program Direction lead for the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE).  This person manages the existing program, product development roadmap, research agenda, and test development aspects of the ISEE under the supervision of the Chief Program Officer.  The role involves collaborating across the organization to specify the solutions to be built, explain how these solutions solve user problems, and ultimately help members adopt programming to extract maximal value from our system.  This person helps manage multiple vendors and works directly with the Senior Director of Admission Programs to gather feedback from and present new features and benefits to member schools.  Rank and salary will be commensurate with experience.
