Robert (Bob) Naughton has been ERB’s Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Operations since 2009, building on over 20 years of leadership experience in the field of technology. Prior to joining ERB, Mr. Naughton was the Vice President of Technology for Dotomi Inc., an internet advertising startup based in Chicago. Mr. Naughton was responsible for creating a high transaction and low latency environment to deliver online advertising to end users, enabling Dotomi to go from zero to over $150 million in revenue per year. From 2000 to 2006, Mr. Naughton served as Vice President of Technology at the database marketing startup I-Behavior, where he was involved in the creation of a consumer catalog database that included the purchase behavior of every household in the United States. This technology infrastructure enabled statisticians to create behavioral models that guided catalog marketers in selecting the products of greatest interest to consumers.
