In general, score reports are available 10-14 business days after testing.
Log in to your parent account online to view your student's scores and manage your score recipient list.
Families will automatically receive their student's score report and are not required to indicate a school recipient of the scores. If a family chooses to share their student's scores with a school, they must add the desired school to the student's score recipient list.
Families can select the schools for their score recipient list at the time of registration and/or add schools after viewing the score report. There is no extra charge for adding schools before or after the report is generated. Only a complete score report can be sent to a school—families cannot select only portions of a report to share nor can they select one section of scores from one ISEE test and another section of scores from a different ISEE test.
The fastest and easiest way to manage your student's school score recipient list is from your parent account online. Log in to your account to manage your list. There is a $25 fee to manage your list of score recipients by phone if you call ISEE Operations at 1 (800) 446-0320 or (919) 956-8524.

Hand-scoring is available for paper tests only.
In certain circumstances, a student’s test can be re-scored for one grade below or above the application grade noted in the student's registration information. However, this is generally only done when the student is under consideration for repeating a grade. Due to differences between test levels, not all grades can be rescored.
In general, ISEE scores show what a student has gradually learned over a period of time. The report provides an overview of a student’s performance on each of the subtests compared to that of students in the same grade over the last three years. It also delineates a student’s performance on each test broken down by subsection. The essay is not scored. However, schools still receive a copy of it.
No. This information is not included on the score report.
Student essays are not shared with families because of the high security of ISEE essay prompts.
