Refund Policies

CTP and Milestones

Due to COVID-19, we have altered some of our standard expiration and cancellation policies to better serve our schools. Please review these updates here.


CTP 5 Reporting Packages, CTP Online Testing Packages, CTP 5 Science Tests, and Milestone Assessments expire two years from the date of purchase. You may request a full refund for unused packages and/or assessments up to one year from the date of purchase.


As a general rule, ERB will not accept returns on the paper CTP 5 products. We are enabling customers to order the products in the exact quantities needed, therefore reducing the number of overages purchased in the past. In the event an order is placed inadvertently, we will accept those returns on a case by case basis. Customer service will issue an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Only returns with an RMA will be accepted. All material must be unused and in "new" condition for credit. As of 10/1/2018, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee


Refunds are processed using the same form of payment as the original order within two weeks of the cancellation. You may cancel and refund your WrAP order for a $50 cancellation fee if your roster is not yet frozen. If your school is located in the US, WrAP paper testing rosters are frozen 10 business days prior to the material delivery date. If your school is located outside the US, rosters are frozen 15 business days prior to the material delivery date. WrAP Online rosters are frozen on the testing open date.


If you order more WrAP assessments than are scored, ERB automatically refunds the unscored assessments. If you order fewer WrAP assessments than are scored, ERB invoices your school for the additional scored assessments. Schools cannot save leftover assessments for future administrations. 


Effective October 1, 2019, we will no longer automatically process refunds less than $50.  


What if my roster is frozen? 

You may cancel and refund your order for an additional processing fee. WrAP paper testing users are charged $2.00 per rostered student plus the standard $50 cancellation fee. WrAP Online users are charged $1.00 per rostered student plus the standard $50 cancellation fee.


WPP For Schools


Refunds are processed using the same form of payment as the original order and within two weeks of the cancellation. If users have not accessed the WPP Portal, you may cancel and refund your order within 30 days of the original order date for a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel your WPP account more than 30 days after the original order date, or if users have already accessed the WPP Portal, a refund is unavailable but your WPP access is not renewed at the end of the year.


If you sign up for a free trial, you are under no obligation to continue using WPP after the 60 day trial period expires. If you do not purchase WPP at the end of the trial period, any information and student writing entered into the WPP Portal during the trial period is deleted.


WPP For Families


If this product does not meet your expectations, refunds are available for 7 days after purchase. After 7 days, all purchases are final. To request a refund, please forward your purchase receipt to using the subject line "WPP For Families Refund Request."

SEL Suite

We are enabling customers to select their desired SEL package at the time of purchase based on the estimated number of students in each grade participating. As school enrollment changes, the packages are designed to support enrollment fluctuations. The SEL Suite access expires at the end on June 30th of each year.


Refunds are generally not authorized but will be considered on a case-by-case basis as needed.  Refunds will typically be in the format of a credit memo to be used toward a future ERB purchase.
